About
Together we will explore individual and collective healing.
Your voice and experiences matter and are needed.
Let’s practice and experiment around tending to yourself so you can continue to gift us your humanity and thrive in this world.
Bianca Gragg is a therapist and revolutionary mother providing heart-centered support.
I am a Revolutionary Mother and aim to be in transformational and accountable relationships with myself, family, community, and the Land. I’ve spent a lifetime exploring self-healing, knowing the inter-connectedness to all others and environments around us.
I partner with those ready to explore their own wounds so that they can be in loving relationships with themselves, one another, and the Land.
I believe that spending time on our healing allows for us to enhance our capacity to rebuild or shift our systems with liberation at its center. My approach is heart centered, somatic, centering equity and liberation for us all.
I was raised in a multi-cultural and multi-ethnic home, where we were encouraged to and got to celebrate our identities at home consistently. Being raised with multiple influences of identity also caused confusion and conflict in the world outside the home, and therefore within myself. I was born and raised en la frontera— El Paso TX . I have ancestral roots in Mexico, Spain, and Germany. Through my own healing and learning, I am on a continuous and ever evolving journey of how to embrace and love my whole self while I raise multi racial children with a supportive partner and community in the Appalachian Mountains.
I am also a cofounder of Colorful Pages Coalition, a organization aiming to change and enhance classroom libraries in our local schools to be more reflective of ALL children.
I earned earned my masters degree of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate from Western New Mexico University in Silver City, New Mexico. My undergraduate degree is in Environmental Science from University of Arizona, Tucson.
“Im deeply invested in supporting the healing of others in community as well as my own healing—- recognizing their interconnection”
