Body, Mind, and Land based Therapy

In my approach, I invite Curiosity, Compassion, Connection to facilitate Change(s). We root into and connect/listen to our Bodies, Minds, and the Earth to inform how we will move.

I ground into my lived experience, the wisdom of my Ancestors, including our Land. I also weave in somatic/body, Internal Family Systems, and Attachment Theories. In our work, I encourage you to ground into and explore your Lineages and Practices if this feels supportive.

I facilitate braves spaces for individuals and families to share and grow. I understand the importance and necessity to heal ourselves in relationship to our world around us. And at the same time, the necessity to push the status quo of our environments and systems that cause us harm both individually and collectively.

Counseling for Individuals and Families

You deserve to feel safe and secure in this world. You have experienced personal and/or systemic trauma (ie racial and colonial trauma). You may also be someone who organizes to pivot and/or abolish the systems and ways that are causing us this harm in the first place. You recognize the impacts our dominant culture has on your and others' lives, and you want support moving through the consequences of these traumas. You also want to explore and embody practices to better honor your own capacity for continued connections.

You're ready to show up in this world and have all your parts and identities be validated and honored. We will work together to explore where/how we can honor and name our boundaries with more clarity for yourself. We'll explore skills and tools to support your emotional and mental well-being without having to shrink yourself.

My full individual therapeutic rate is $150/session with sessions lasting 50 minutes. Family session rate are $190/hour.

I do not directly accept insurance, but I bill you through a platform called Thrizer. They automatically submit a claim for you after every session, and once your deductible is met you can expect 50-80% reimbursed for every appointment deposited directly into your bank account.
